Using Reiki, crystal singing bowls, Solfeggio tuning forks, and gentle somatic connection practices, employees are guided into a calm, balanced state that supports collaboration and workplace harmony. Sessions help clear mental fog, ease anxiety, regulate the nervous system, and encourage greater emotional resilience. Research suggests Reiki may help reduce stress while supporting mental clarity, problem-solving, and overall well-being, helping teams return to work feeling refreshed, connected, and more productive. Group Grief Circle Session

The Group Grief Circle Session is a compassionate space to gently navigate grief and loss with the support of community. Led by Reiki Master and Intuitive Healer Kieran Carney, each session includes calming breathwork, guided meditation, thoughtful somatic movement, Reiki, and sound healing to help process emotions with greater ease. Together, we create a safe, nonjudgmental environment where every experience is honored and every person is welcomed exactly as they are. This allows the invitation to find moments of resilience, peace and hope along their healing journey.
